Wait, what? You’re trying to sell me wine?
No, not really. I honestly don’t even think that’s legal. The deal is as simple as this: every year I make wine. Making wine is my passion. To be honest, sometimes I feel like the word passion doesn’t even begin to describe it. So every year, come hell or high water, I make wine. For the past two years, that wine has been predominantly Pinot. The problem is becoming that I’m starting to make so much that it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find enough people to drink the wine.
That’s where you come in.
This year, I have about 3 relatively high volume wines that I’ll be making, and anyone who reads this blog, friend, family or complete stranger is completely welcome to a bottle or two. The only thing I ask is that you pay for shipping. Otherwise, it’s free. I just want people drinking my wines.
The wines to be available are as follows:
2012 Knuth Vineyard Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
2012 BDN (Blanc de Noir) North Coast Pinot Noir
2012 Dry Creek Valley Grenache-Mouvedre (Nicknamed “Gimo”)
As the year progresses, I’ll include some updates on those wines so you’ll get a feeling for the experience of making them has been like and also what I think they’re tasting like. I’ll also be making a Russian River Pinot with a friend, but that isn’t available. (Bwhahahahaha!) But seriously, I hope you get a chance to enjoy some of these wines. Hit me up! Means of acquiring will be put up as they become available.
